SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- A Good Samaritan has taken to Facebook to search for the owner of a missing dog found Thursday near Klaffs home design store at 341 Central Park Ave.
A woman concerned about the well-being of a stray dog is seeking information about his rightful home.
