A round of early morning snow resulted in slower driving conditions throughout the area with slippery conditions being reported on many roadways.

Stop-and-go traffic was reported on the Tappan Zee Bridge span heading into the Tarrytown tolls at 7:30 a.m. with light snow and flurries falling.

An early morning accident on the southbound Taconic State Parkway South caused delays at Peekskill Hollow Road in Putnam Valley with traffic backed up to Pudding Street.

There is a 35 mile-per-hour speed limit restriction on the I-84 Newburgh-Beacon Bridge.

A tree or power line also came down on Heathcoat Road in Scarsdale, with Con Edison trucks responding.
