WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - Paul R. Doyle Sr. of White Plains, formerly of Scarsdale, died Monday, Sept. 8. He was 83.
Doyle was born Oct. 19, 1930, in Orange, N.J., he lived in Scarsdale from 1969 to 1999, where he was a member of the church and community and was a member of Fox Meadow Tennis Club. He graduated from Williams College in 1952 and worked for Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. for 34 years. He retired from William D. Witter in 2004.
Doyle is survived by his wife, Joan; children, Paul Jr., Kathy, Mary Ann, Liz, and Greg; and 14 grandchildren.
Calling hours are Friday, Sept. 12 at the Edwin L. Bennett Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 13 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Scarsdale. Interment to follow at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
