Hartsdale Voters Will Elect Fire Commissioner Tuesday

HARTSDALE, N.Y. -- A special election will be held for the contested election for the Hartsdale Fire Commissioner seat on Tuesday.

Incumbent Tony Frasca, who has served on the board for one year, is being challenged by Hartsdale resident Guy Novo for the seat.

The election will take place from 3-9 p.m. at Hartsdale Fire Station No. 2, 300 West Hartsdale Ave., Hartsdale, said Fire Chief Edward Rush.

To be qualified to vote at this election, voter must be

  • A citizen of the United States.
  • A resident in the Hartsdale Fire District for a period of 30 days next preceding an election.
  • A registered voter in Westchester County under permanent personal registration.
