Lorcan Geraghty was charged with promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child, a class D Felony, and possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, a class E Felony.
The Westchester District Attorney’s Office investigators executed a search warrant at Geraghty's residence on Thursday and recovered computer devices. Forensic analysis on the devices resulted in the recovery of additional files depicting children engaged in obscene sexual performances, according to the DA's office.
Geraghty pled not guilty and his bail was set $25,000 cash over $50,000 bond. He faces seven years in state prison.
