SCARSDALE, N.Y. – A Scarsdale teen reported that a former classmate posted a threatening message on his Facebook page that caused him alarm, police said.

The victim, 17, told police he went to Scarsdale Middle School with the suspect and that he was picked on and known to lash out at people. The victim told police he had picked on the suspect, who he believes may be holding a grudge.

The suspect, who the victim told police had moved to New York City, found his Facebook page through a mutual friend. He wrote, “If I was you I would be scared. Cause I’m comin for you. You’re going to regret you were ever born,” according to the police report.

Police told the victim to block the suspect on Facebook and not communicate with him. Police are investigating the second-degree aggravated harassment, which is a misdemeanor.
