Dymes pleaded guilty in Westchester County Court in White Plains to one count of criminally negligent homicide, a felony; one count of child endangerment, a misdemeanor; and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

Judge Barbara Zambelli said she will sentence Dymes to five years probation for the felony and three years probation for the misdemeanors.

Dymes will be sentenced on April 12.

Dymes had missed her last two court appearances because she was hospitalized at NewYork Presbyterian Hospital in White Plains.

Dymes was charged in September with criminally negligent homicide, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Dymes had faced up to four years in prison if convicted.

Dymes and Lacey were found by Lacey's father, David Carr on April 5. Dymes and Lacey lived at the home with Dymes' father, Kevin.
