Woman Who Failed To Use Turn Signal On Sprain Charged With DWI

GREENBURGH, N.Y. – Denise M. Apostle, 43, of Ardsley was charged with alleged drunk driving Nov. 7, police said.

New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks said troopers stopped Apostle’s 2013 Volvo traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway for failing to utilize a directional signal. She also was allegedly found to be driving while intoxicated, police said.

She was released on summonses pending a court appearance.
