Worker Falls From Scarsdale Utility Pole, Dies

SCARSDALE, N.Y. — A Cablevision employee fell to his death on River Road in Scarsdale Wednesday, the Westchester County Medical Examiner’s office told The Journal News.

Valentine Campbell, 39, of Queens, fell from a utility pole at 20 River Road, the story said. He was taken to Westchester Medical Center, where he died from his injuries shortly after 1 a.m. Thursday, officials said in The Journal News story. Campbell was working for Connect One, a Cablevision contractor, at the time of the accident, the company said in the story.

The death was ruled accidental.
