Location For Donald Trump's Hudson Valley Rally Announced

GOP frontrunner Donald Trump's first rally prior to the New York primary was held in Bethpage on Long Island last week with approximately 15,000 attending. A group of protesters also gathered outside the venue.

One of Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump's final stops leading in to the Tuesday, April 19 New York primary will be in the Hudson Valley.

Trump's campaign is planning a rally Sunday in Dutchess, according to a report by the Poughkeepsie Journal, citing Hopewell Junction resident Dan Scavino, who is Trump's social media director.

The rally will be held at the Mid-Hudson Civic Center at Civic Center Plaza in Poughkeepsie at a time to be announced.

Trump, who owns an estate in Bedford, also has strong ties to Dutchess, where Trump National Golf Club Hudson Valley is located in Stormville. Trump also owns Trump National Westchester in Briarcliff Manor. The Trump name also adorns Trump Tower At City Center in White Plains and Trump Plaza in New Rochelle.
