Primary Election Results Are Tallied In Peekskill

ARMONK, N.Y. -- The results for Tuesday's unopposed races for Peekskill mayor and councilman are in, with unofficial tallies being reported.

Mary Foster will be the Independence Party nominee for mayor, running unopposed.

Drew Claxton, Andrew Torres and Marybeth McGowan all ran unopposed for the three Independence Party nominations for councilman.

Catherine Borgia ran unopposed for the Independence Party nomination for District 9's county legislator seat.

Write-in votes remain to be counted.
