In a skit called "The Hunt For Hil," two men went to the woods of Chappaqua to search for the most elusive legend of all: Hillary Rodham Clinton. The skit spoofed shows like "Finding Bigfoot."
After Election Day, Margot Gerster posted about spotting Clinton while out on a hike in Chappaqua. The story soon went viral and Gerster later said she received death threats.
SNL had fun with that, where a woman named Michele Adelson said she saw something moving through the woods.
"It seemed like it kind of wanted some kind of time to itself, so I immediately started running after it," Adelson said.
The men attempt to spot her first by doing her trademark laugh and then leaving a copy of an article about the Wisconsin recount in the woods.
After not seeing her, the men consult Tuketo, a forest shaman who has spent his whole life in the Chappaqua woods to find her. Tuketo notes she's buying eggs at a grocery store and the skit ends with the men heading to a Shop Rite.
The Clintons, along with daughter Chelsea and Chelsea's two children were spotted at Chappaqua Village Market before Thanksgiving.
Chappaqua residents will note there is no Shop Rite in Chappaqua. The nearest locations would be in Thornwood and Croton-on-Hudson.
Since her election loss, Clinton spoke at the Children's Defense Fund's "Beat The Odds" Gala in Washington, D.C..
Clinton was also seen with family members browsing at The Savoy Bookstore in Rhode Island. Bill Clinton was also recently spotted at a Brooklyn Nets game.
