Scarsdale Bowl Committee Seeks Recommendations

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- The 2014 Scarsdale Bowl Committee is seeking nominations for residents deserving of the award that will be given out in April 2014.

The bowl has been given out annually since 1943 to an individual or couple that has given "unselfishly of his/her time, energy and effort to the civic welfare of the community."

The Bowl Committee will hold its first meeting on Sunday, Dec. 8.

The Bowl will be awarded at a dinner at The Fountainhead, in New Rochelle on April 9, 2014.
