Coldwell Banker Names Boucher Manager In Scarsdale

SCARSDALE, N.Y.  -- Larchmont resident Liz Boucher has been appointed branch manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's Scarsdale office.

Boucher will be responsible for the oversight of about 60 real estate professionals serving Scarsdale, Ardsley, Eastchester, Edgemont, Greenburgh, Hartsdale, New Rochelle and the surrounding communities in southern Westchester

Before her new management position, Boucher served as the branch office manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Larchmont for the past seven years.

With 17 years of real estate experience, Boucher has extensive knowledge of the local markets and the factors affecting homebuyers, sellers and real estate professionals.

“Liz continues to motivate and educate the real estate professionals she works with, and she has the management skills that are essential to succeed in today’s real estate environment. I am delighted that she accepted this new role and I know that she will work hard to lead the Scarsdale office to even greater success,” said Cathleen Smith, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y.

Before becoming a branch manager, Boucher was a real estate salesperson assisting homebuyers and sellers in Rye and the surrounding communities for eight years.

Before real estate, Boucher worked in various sales roles for the Energizer Battery Co. for 20 years.

Boucher has been recognized with the President’s Council Award, an annual honor given by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s parent company, NRT LLC, to recognize the top-performing branch managers nationwide who demonstrate exemplary leadership and management skills.

Boucher is a member of the New York State Association of Realtors, the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She also belongs to the Larchmont Historical Society.

A graduate of Boston College, Boucher was born and raised in Westchester County.

“I am eager to work more closely with the talented real estate professionals affiliated with the Scarsdale office to help them grow their business and further develop their skills,” said Boucher.
