SCARSDALE, N.Y. – The average home price in Scarsdale is $1.6 million, up from $1.4 million last year, according to lohud.com.
Still, there are some “affordable” options for those seeking to own property in the town, according to lohud.com.
At 253 Garth Road, a 650-square-foot studio unit is available in the Buckingham building for $115,000, according to lohud.com, which reported the apartment is in the Eastchester school district.
After that, prices jump substantially, leaving “affordability” far in the rearview.
According to lohud.com, other homes on the market in Scarsdale include a $1.9 million home at 18 Coralyn Road that was reduced in price by $251,000 in June, a $3.25 million home at 12 Dolma Road that was built on 1.22 acres in 1929, and an $8.95 million home at 12 Park Road that has 10,660-square-feet and a salt-water heated pool.
