SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Houlihan Lawrence, a brokerage that has been servicing the real estate market north of New York City for over 125 years, has appointed two new agents to its Scarsdale office - Allison Block and Grace Shemin Goldstein.
Block, a Texas native, joins Houlihan Lawrence’s Scarsdale brokerage office as a real estate salesperson. The previous residential interior design firm owner gained experience in real estate financial transaction during her time as an analyst at Goldman Sachs.
She attended the University of Texas where she studied business and finance. She currently resides in Scarsdale with her husband and three children.
Goldstein, a new real estate salesperson and current resident of Scarsdale, has been around real estate her entire life. Her father has invested in many properties so she has witnessed the potential gains and excitement from the industry.
She also has two sisters who are also real estate agents. She grew up in Greenwich and Rye Brook, but currently resides in Scarsdale with her husband and two children.
