Have You Seen Cooper? New Rochelle Dog Missing For Three Months

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- A dog named Cooper, who is a 22-pound shih tzu pug mix, is still lost.

Cooper was last seen on North Avenue in November wearing a black harness with tags. The owner said there may have been previous sightings of him, but Cooper has run away when called.
