ARMONK, N.Y. -- Wallace Sroka Sr., a longtime resident of Armonk died Friday, Sept. 4. He was 76.
He was the son of Wallace and Genevieve Sroka.
For 33 years he was employed by Burke Heat in Hawthorne as a service technician, retiring in 2002. He was a member of Teamsters Local 456 and the Armonk Independent Fire Company.
He is survived by his wife, Diane; two sons, Wallace (Amy) Sroka Jr. and Thomas Sroka; his grandchildren, Tim and Jennifer Sroka ; and two sisters.
Visitation is at the Oelker-Cox & Sinatra Funeral Home, 262 E. Main St., Mount Kisco, on Tuesday from 4-9 p.m.. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Wednesday, at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers contributions to Adopt a Dog in Armonk would be appreciated.
