Lawrence W. Kramer is accused of soliciting explicit pictures and sex acts from a 13-year-old child through Facebook in November, the department detailed in the release.
He initially cooperated with investigators but disappeared after a warrant was issued for his arrest, police explained.
Kramer is wanted for a felony charge for the corruption of minors and a misdemeanor for harassment, according to his latest court docket.
He has a lengthy criminal record in Bucks County. His earliest offense dates back to 1984. Some of the charges he pleaded gulity to or was convict for are drug related, driving under the influence, flee or evading police, arson, trepass, and property damage, as well as numerous traffic related offenses.
He has served prison time, parole, house arrest, and been through many drug treatment programs.
