The episode, which follows home buyers Stephanie and Jeff Broderick as they search for a new Westchester County home, will air on Saturday, Jan. 10 on HGTV at 10 p.m.
“House Hunters Renovation” is a one-hour show that focuses on the home searching process. In each episode, featured home buyers tour numerous properties, ultimately deciding among three homes.
The second half of the episode is dedicated to showcasing any renovations the homeowners make to their new residence. HGTV contacted Brasesco to participate in the show by representing her own buyers on their search and purchase of a new house for them and their three children. The family focused their search in the lower Westchester County area.

Brasesco is a top-producing agent who has been selling real estate in Rye and other parts of Westchester County and Connecticut for more than 20 years. She has a background in accounting, and lives in Rye Brook with her husband and two boys. Brasesco specializes in residential and new construction real estate.
