Scarsdale Neighbor Sues To Stop 'McMansion'

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- A Scarsdale couple is suing to stop the construction of a neighboring home that they claim will be a "McMansion," according to LoHud.com.

Edith Kallas and Joe Whatley are hoping to reverse decisions made by village officials that will reportedly allow their neighbors to build a new home that will come too close to infringing on their property, LoHud.com reported.
