Seminara-Holzberg, who will is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, specializing in buying and selling homes, condos, townhouses and co-ops throughout Westchester County.
She is a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, NYS Association of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors and has lived in the area with her family since 1989. She currently resides in Eastchester.
Prior to joining the real estate industry, Seminara-Holzberg was a New York State-certified public accountant with a bachelor's degree in accounting from the State University at Albany and a master’s degree in education from Pace University.

Seminara-Holzberg is an active community member in southern Westchester, where she has taken part in various local school and educational programs throughout the years. She is also involved in her neighborhood association, where she holds a board member position, and has chaired numerous events for the community.
