The first three of 14 high-end units have officially been listed at The Heathcote, which has been under development by REDCOM Construction Management for more than a year at 2-4 Weaver St. in Scarsdale.

According to developers, The Heathcote, “answers the long felt need for an upscale, sophisticated concierge building in Scarsdale, one with no age restriction, Scarsdale schools and a plethora of luxurious apartments.”

When completed, each of the 14 units will include open floor plans with high ceilings, fireplaces, outdoor terraces, custom millwork, gourmet kitchens and luxurious baths. Each individual unit will have a plethora of customization options and upgrades that will be available to residents. There are also two indoor parking spaces available for each unit.

John Malabre of REDCOM has been responsible for project management of the 43,000-square-foot development. He says that the project should be complete in full by next summer.

“The steel work is complete, and we expect the model unit, lobby and the Weaver Street exterior elevation to be completed by year end. The project will be completed by summer 2017,” he said.

Dawn Knief, who is representing the listings for sale on behalf of Julie B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty, said that buyers will have the opportunity to purchase some of the largest two and three-bedroom apartments in Westchester County.

“The end result will be an architectural masterpiece that will appeal to a variety of potential buyers,” she said. “That includes Westchester-based residents or Manhattan buyers who are transitioning to Westchester County, seeking city-style living with the highest level of luxury in the highly regarded village of Scarsdale.”
