Available classes available include a variety of humanities classes that give students the opportunity to learn about the effect of Greek and Roman mythology on English poetry, the book of Exodus, J.R.R. Tolkien and more. Music, art and foreign languages also may be explored.
The technology department will offer a great deal of information on Apple products. Walking tours will allow students to explore Stone Barns and Frank Lloyd Wright’s Usonia. Genealogy can be delved into through a trip to the New York City Municipal Archives.
Additional times are set up for classes to learn about games such as bridge and canasta, and arts and crafts and photography courses. Finance studies, physical fitness and sports will also be offered.
