Scarsdale Forum To Host 'State Of Village Schools' Presentation

SCARSDALE, N.Y. – Scarsdale Superintendent of Schools Thomas Hagerman and Board of Education President will present the “State of Scarsdale Schools” at the Scarsdale Forum general membership meeting on Thursday night.

Members of the Scarsdale Board of Education will be on hand to answer questions regarding the state of village schools.

The meeting starts at 8 p.m. in the Scott Room at the Scarsdale Public Library. Preceding the meeting, there will be a reception celebrating the school district’s PTA at 7:30 p.m.

Following the “State of the Scarsdale Schools" presentation, members of the Forum said that “ample time will be set aside for questions and answers.”

The Scarsdale Forum is a civic organization that is more than a century old. It is dedicated to improving life in Scarsdale. The forum studies issues before local, regional and state governing bodies and provides input and recommendations through public reports and statements.
