Scarsdale Residents Enjoy Academic Gains

SCARSDALE, N.Y. – Several Scarsdale residents made academic achievements this semester.

Kinda Loughran, a student at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta was named to the school’s Dean’s List for her work during the fall semester. To earn Dean’s List honors, full-time undergraduate students must maintain a grade point average of at least 3.5.

Elizabeth Flagg, who was on the Dean’s List at Gettysburg College in the spring, spent her latest semester studying abroad in Europe.

Bryan Solomon, an outgoing senior at Scarsdale High School, was accepted to Coastal Carolina University, in South Carolina, to begin his undergraduate studies in the fall 2013 semester. Bryan intends to major in communications.
