RYE, N.Y. -- Scarsdale Municipal Pool swimmers Joy Jiang, Arden Costello, Isabel Horney and Louisa Thompson took third place overall in the 8-Under girls’ 100-yard freestyle relay event at the Westchester Swim Conference Swimming Championships on Thursday.
Jiang also won the 8-Under freestyle and butterfly events and placed second in the backstroke to earn enough points to be the overall High Point trophy winner for her age group.
The Scarsdale Municipal Pool team placed eighth overall in the team standings. The host Westchester Country Club won the overall point championship.
