SCARSDALE, N.Y. ‒ The Scarsdale Little League is looking for volunteers to serve on its board of directors. The deadline for applications is Sept. 28.
Each year, the Scarsdale Little League offers more than 1,000 children an opportunity to play baseball in an inclusive, recreational program that is kept going by its board members, parent coaches, coordinators and other volunteers.
In the past year, the Scarsdale Little League launched a new website to keep the community informed. It also created a new team sponsorship program to raise funds to better maintain local baseball fields.
