A motor vehicle crash that initially blocked the right lane caused stop-and-go delays early Wednesday evening on a stretch of northbound I-684.
The crash occurred between Route 22 (Exit 3) in Armonk and Route 172 (Exit 4) in Bedford with stop-and-go delays to Route 120 (Exit 2) for more than an hour.
