Metro-North customers traveling on the New Haven Line in the vicinity of the Port Chester station are experiencing delays Monday afternoon during their commute.
On Monday afternoon, the MTA announced that New Haven Line was experiencing delays of 15 to 20 minutes following reported police activity.
Metro-North Railroad said there was only a single track in use between Rye and Greenwich.
The nature of the police activity was not immediately available. Customers have been advised to listen for announcements at their station.
