How about a Tree Law for the County and enforced in all Towns no tree or over hanging tree limbs with in twenty feet of any Roadway Primary Power Line . Most power lines go down on a road right of way.

Buyer Agent for Entergy ? Who supplied the fuel oil? Was the testing also done at the vendors fuel truck, and the oil truck supply terminal ? Why does my fuel oil tank at home get slugged up. We have to many air born bacteria which breaks down any substance into a goo . Did the Nuclear Inspectors check the fuel oil filters for dirty oil?

In Florida the PSC requires a Hurricane reserve fund. Wooden poles are being replaced with concrete and fiber glass poles . Most Cities enforce the code that you can not plant a tree under or twenty feet from any power line.
