the only option anyone has to show their displeasure with the action of the journal news, if they are subscribers, is to hit their pocketbook and cancel your subscription. That is the only way to make your point and statement. The list of legal registered gun owners is available to the public, however, it was not a necessary list the the Journal News needed to obtain or to publish... Legal registered gun owners are not ashamed of their owning a legally obtained gun, but the Journal News should be ashamed of this tactic of publishing the list as it served no purpose in the ongoing talks about gun control at all. It was to sell newspapers once more. As the saying goes " if it bleeds, it reads"......isn't that sad. And perhaps the Daily Voice should further examine their consciences, as certainly the picture that accompanies the article does not depict what it should have.
