The warning starts at 8 p.m. Tuesday and lasts through 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Here's a detailed look at the forecast from the National Weather Service.

Tuesday night: Mostly clear, with a low around between 15 and 18 degrees.Wind chill values between 10 and 15. Northwest wind 6 to 10 mph.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high around 40. Wind chill values between 10 and 20. Light and variable wind becoming south 9 to 14 mph in the morning.

Wednesday night: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 40. South wind 13 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent.

Thursday: Showers. High around 55. South wind 11 to 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent.

Thursday night: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 38. Chance of precipitation is 50 percent.
