A cold front will be moving into the region early this week and will bring rain and possibly gusty thunderstorms with it, meteorologists are predicting.
The National Weather Service says that clouds will increase early Tuesday and nighttime temperatures will hit 48.
The chance of rain is about 60 percent, it said.
It will be cold, windy and rainy Tuesday, with daytime temperatures of 52, dropping to 40 overnight.
AccuWeather is predicting the possibility of some gusty thunderstorms Tuesday.
The sun returns and temperatures will climb back into the low 60s Wednesday, the National Weather Service said.
Showers are likely again Thursday after noon, the service said.
