What kind of story are they looking for? Did you come to children's programs in your youth and now bring your own little one? What is that experience like? Did a librarian assist you with a tough-to-research term paper? Did you enjoy a particularly wonderful program at the library? Was the library a haven for you during Super Storm Sandy?

The sessions will take 10-15 minutes, and the library plans to display the stories and pictures in an exhibit in the Scott Room, complete with a party.

The stories also may appear on the library's website and in library progress reports.

Call the reference desk (914) 722-1300 to make an appointment. Sessions are available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 21 and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 22.

Email Karen, kzielinski@wlsmail.org for stories related to the children's room.
