According to reports, the mother of three was in court on Monday with attorney Joel Winograd to meet with U.S. District Judge Brian Cogan, who postponed the case until Sept. 24 while the two sides discuss a plea deal.

If convicted, the housewife faces a decade in prison and up to $10 million in fines on felony charges of manufacturing and possessing marijuana with intent to distribute and maintaining a drug-involved property. She was released from jail on July 1 after posting $500,000 bond. She pled not guilty to the charges last month.

Sanderlin rented a four-bedroom, five-bathroom home on Saxon Woods Road in Scarsdale, where she routinely kept large amounts of cash and books on money laundering and growing marijuana, police said.

The Drug Enforcement Agency caught wind of Sanderlin’s quiet operation after her friend and fellow village resident Stephen Haberstroh was busted as part of a different drug-ring in April, according to reports.

Another suspect in the case talked to federal investigator about someone named “Andi.” Authorities then began tailing Sanderlin, who used large amounts of cash to buy items from a Brooklyn garden that could be used in a grow house.

According to reports, when her indictment was announced, Sanderlin was compared to a Colombian drug kingpin.
