Port Chester Teen Caught Driving With Stolen License Plate In Greenwich, Police Say

An 18-year-old teen was busted for driving with a stolen plate and other charges after being stopped for not having a front license plate.

Kevin Samayoa-Ramirez of Port Chester was arrested Sunday after Greenwich Police noticed the car he was driving did not have a front license plate, said Greenwich Police. 

During the stop, officers discovered Samayoa-Ramirez was driving with a stolen license plate and did not have a driver's license, police said.

He was charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of license/registration, failure to display plates, driving without insurance, driving without a license and larceny.

He was released on $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 22.
