NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- A New Rochelle man was arrested Monday morning, May 12, after he allegedly threatened people with a machete outside his Lafayette Avenue apartment, according to News 12.

The man, whose identity has not been released, was reportedly breaking windows with the machete and threatening to kill people about 7 a.m.

Police arrested the man about 8 a.m. and suspect alcohol may have played a factor in the man's behavior, according to the report.
