A Philadelphia teen who was previously charged in the murder of Tyshaun Welles has been cleared of any wrongdoing, the District Attorney's Office says. Zaire Wilson, 16, was arrested shortly after Welles was shot at the 15th Street SEPTA Station in Center City on Jan. 11, police have said. Chester city officials are ending their efforts to locate 6-year-old Li'najah Brooker, 6abc reports.
